Aris OUKSEL is a Professor of Information and Decision Sciences in the very well known and reputed University of Illinois at Chicago. His research interests are on Information technology strategic planning, Business process reengineering, Organizational learning and performance, Information technology diffusion, Information economics, Price discrimination and effect on markets and information, Non-Disclosure and impacts on Automated Exchanges, Mobile ad-hoc networks, wireless and mobile sensor networks and data management, Peer-to-peer data management, Semantic issues on the web and in virtual inter-organizational information systems.


walid_gaaloulPr. Walid GAALOUL, TELECOM SudParis, France.

Walid GAALOUL is a professor in TELECOM SudParis one establishment for higher education and research in the field of Information and Communication Technology of the Institut Mines Télécom. He is member of the SIMBAD group part of the Computer Science Department of Télécom SudParis and the the CNRS research laboratory SAMOVAR. Before joining TMSP, he was a researcher at the Digital Enterprise Research Institute (DERI) and an adjunct lecturer in the National University of Ireland, Galway (NUIG). He holds an M.S. (2002) and a Ph.D. (2006) in computer science from the University of Lorraine-France. He was a junior researcher in the Lorraine Laboratory of IT Research and its Applications (LORIA-INRIA) and a teaching assistant in the University of Lorraine-France. His research interests are on Semantic Business Process Management, Process intelligence, Process reliability, Service Oriented Computing and semantics for B2B Integration. Currently, he is interested in the industrial and scientific applications of the semantic Web services in business process and particularly the semantic enrichment of TELECOM business processes. Walid Gaaloul has published over 80 research papers in these domains. He serves as program committee member and reviewer at many international journals and conferences and has been participating in several national and European research projects.


Mohamed_Bakhouya

Pr. Mohamed BAKHOUYA, International University of Rabat, Morocco.

Mohamed BAKHOUYA is an associate professor at International University of Rabat. He obtained his HDR from UHA-France in 2013 and his PhD from UTBM-France in 2005. He has more than five years experiences in participating and working in sponsored ICT projects. He was PI of Aalto starting grant at Aalto University-Finland (2011-2013), Co-PI (UTBM side) of two European projects ASSET (Advanced Safety and Driver Support in Efficient Road Transport, FP7-SST, 2008-2011, and TELEFOT (Field Operational Tests of Aftermarket and Nomadic Devises in Vehicles, FP7-ICT, 2008-2012. He spent two years as a research scientist in US at George Washington University, HPC laboratory participating and working in sponsored projects, mainly UPC (Unified Parallel C) and NSF Center of High-performance and REConfigurable Computing. He was also a member (UTBM side) of EU EACEA Erasmus Mundus project TARGET I/II (Transfer of Appropriate Requirements for Global Education and Technology), 2011-2015. He is currently a PI of CASANET project (CNRST, 2015-2017) and Co-PI of SELFSERV project funded by the South Initiatives programme (VLIR-UOS, 2016-2018). He was a reviewer of research project for Agence Nationale de la Recherche, (France, 2011), Ministero dell’ Istruzione, dell’ Università e della Ricerca (Italy, 2012), and for European Commission-FP7 (2013-2015). He is EiC of IJARAS journal and also serves as a guest editor of a number of international journals, ACM Trans. on Autonomous and Adaptive Systems, Product Development Journal, Concurrency and Computation: Practice and Experience, FGCS, and MICRO. His research interests include various aspects on the design, validation, and implementation of distributed and adaptive systems, architectures, and protocols. He is member of IEEE and ACM.

Pr. Aawatif HAYAR, ENSEM University Hassan II Casablanca Morocco

Dr. Aawatif HAYAR  received the “Agrégation Génie Electrique” from Ecole Normale Supérieure de Cachan in 1992. She received the “Diplôme d’Etudes Approfondies” in Signal processing Image and Communications and the degree of Engineer in Communications Systems and Networks from ENSEEIHT de Toulouse in 1997. She received with honors the Ph.D. degree in Signal Processing and Communications from Institut National Polytechnique de Toulouse in 2001. She was research and teaching associate at EURECOM’s Mobile Communication Department in Sophia Antipolis France from 2001 to 2010. Aawatif Hayar is currently with GREENTIC R&D Organization (Morocco) as General Secretary and expert in cognitive green ICT field. She has also joined in 2011 the engineering school ENSEM at the University Hassan II Casablanca in Morocco.  She is also Vice-President of Digiworld Club Morocco. Her research interests includes fields such as cognitive green systems, UWB systems, smart grids, smart cities, ICT for eco-friendly smart socio-economic development. Aawatif Hayar was a Guest Editor of Elsevier Phycom Journal Special issue on Cognitive Radio Algorithms and System Design in 2009 and General Co-chair of Crowncom2010 in Cannes dedicated to cognitive radio systems and IW2GN2011 dedicated to wireless green systems. She was co-organiser of GDR-ISIS Cognitive Radio workshop in France in 2011. Aawatif HAYAR is General co-chair of ICT 2013 Conference. She is also expert at the European commission level for cognitive and UWB systems. Aawatif Hayar received with one of her PhD students the « best student paper » award at CogArt2010 and has a patent in cognitive radio field on “Process for sensing vacant bands over the spectrum bandwidth and apparatus for performing the same based on sub space and distributions analysis”.
