Camera Ready

The DEADLINE for submitting: CAMERA-READY version + IEEE Copyright Form is: Sunday November 26, 2016

All Camera-ready versions should be written in English with a maximum paper length of eight (6) printed pages (10-point font) including figures and tables, for regular papers (For regular paper: each extra page in excess of 6 costs 300 Dh). Additional Short papers and posters of interactive session must not exceed four (4) printed pages (10-point font) including figures and tables.

  1. Preparing Camera-Ready version
  • Manuscripts MUST take into consideration ALL reviews comments received.
  • Preparing Manuscripts MUST follow IEEE Two-Column format with single-spaced, 10-point font in the text.
  • Please make sure NOT to number your pages.  Do not insert any footers or headers.  Do not use any PDF security features in submitted PDF files, i.e., they must be fully accessible and editable by the producer for numbering and other production purposes.

Very important: Please make sure you include the following 7 points in your final camera-ready manuscript

1-Title

2- Names of ALL authors

3- Affiliation of ALL authors

4- Emails of ALL authors

5- Abstract

6- Keywords

7- Copyright notice (978-1-5090-4926-4/16/$31.00 ©2016 IEEE) is to appear at the bottom left of 1st page.

  • For papers in which all authors are employed by the European Union, the copyright notice is: 978-1-5090-4926-4/16/$31.00 ©2016 European Union
  • For papers in which all authors are employed by the US government, the copyright notice is: U.S. Government work not protected by U.S. copyright
  • For papers in which all authors are employed by a Crown government (UK, Canada, and Australia), the copyright notice is: 978-1-5090-4926-4/16/$31.00 ©2016 Crown

Please use the following to include the copyright notice (Latex users):

  • The following latex commands can be used to insert the standard IEEE copyright notice in your paper.
    Add these before the “\maketitle” command.
  • \IEEEoverridecommandlockouts
    \IEEEpubid{\makebox[\columnwidth]{ 978-1-5090-4926-4/16/$31.00 ~\copyright~2016~IEEE} \hspace{\columnsep}\makebox[\columnwidth]{ }}

Important Note: If any of the above 7 points is missing, your paper will be RETURNED to you as INCOMPLETE.

  1. IEEE Copyright Form
  • Download the IEEE Copyright Form, – (you may return onlypage 1 after you fill it & sign it accordingly) .
  • Log in to your Easychair account and click on copyright column © to submit the copyright form.

IEEE Copyright Version Submission Instruction

  • Step 1: rename the file as IEEE SYSCO_Number_paper.pdf
  • Step 2: You will see this screen after you login Easychair. Click “Conferences” on the menu bar.

  • Step 3: Click à Proceedings author (IEEE Copyright Form) to upload it.

  1. Creating your PDF eXpress Account

Log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress TM site

First-time users should do the following:

  1. Select the New Users – Click Here link.
  2. Enter the following:
  • 40993X for the Conference ID
  • your email address
  • a password
  1. Continue to enter information as prompted.

An Online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent   verifying your account setup.

Previous users of PDF eXpress need to follow the above steps, but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.

  1. What to SUBMIT

One author MUST upload (via Easychair) :

  • Camera ReadyManuscript (pdf) received from IEEE PDF eXpress, in Easychair link under the same Easychair number of the original paper submission.

  • Step 1: You will see this screen after you login Easychair. Click “Conferences” on the menu bar.
  • Step 2: Click à Proceedings author (IEEE proceedings) to upload your camera ready.
